1170 Outcome of Various Fixation Techniques for Talo-Navicular Arthrodesis

Method This quality improvement project, looking retrospectively at inpatient surgeries over 6-year period. Inpatient notes, operative clinic letters imaging were analysed. Treatment included IOFIX devices, cannulated screws, staples, plates combined staples screws. sample total 57 patients (42 females 15 males). Results had 93% fusion rate, 27% rate. Cannulated screws 79% 46% Screws 75% union 13% Only one resulted no complications. Using alone 78% rate 11% Conclusions greatest achieved with followed by Greatest lowest use Highest revision surgery Recommendations switch devices arthrodesis.
